After placing their pre-orders, buyers received an Angus Token in the mail. Products ship 2 years later, when Angus is ready for slaughter.
The token serves as a proof of purchase, making its owner an official Angus Steakholder. It has two tamper-proof seals: the Seal of Regret and the Seal of Sending.
If you own an Angus Token, and want Angus to live, you can decide to cancel your pre-order.
Once 50% of all pre-ordersare cancelled,
Angus will NOT be slaughtered.
No one will then get refunded, and all proceeds from Our Cow Angus will be used to send Angus to a Home For Happy Cows for the rest of his natural life. :)
Your pre-order will ship to the address you provided at checkout, unless Angus has been saved. No action is needed to redeem your token.
To cancel, and help save Angus, remove the Seal Of Regret from your token, then enter the Cow Code in the Remorse Portal. This is a purely moral decision: YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. This decision is final.
Anyone who acquires an Angus Token secondhand can update its linked shipping address to their own, or decide to use its Cow Code to save Angus. IMPORTANT: do not buy or sell an Angus Token if the Seal of Regret on the back is broken. Re-selling can be done on StockX.
To change your preorder’s shipping address, remove the Seal of Sending on your token to reveal your Address Code and enter it here. You can do this any time, multiple times, while Angus is alive.
